Order & Delivery
To place an order, select the FEEGY figurine of your choice and click "Add to cart." Then simply follow the checkout steps and fill in your shipping and payment information.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase and information regarding your order's shipment.
Payment is secure and your information is protected.
We currently deliver to the following areas:
- The 27 countries of the European Union
- The United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- Norway
- Turkey
Orders are shipped from France with tracked and signature-required delivery.
Indicative delivery times are as follows:
- France: 24 to 48 hours
- European Union: 1 to 5 business days depending on the country
- United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days
- Switzerland: 24 to 48 hours
- Norway: 2 to 3 business days
- Turkey: 3 to 4 business days
Delivery fees vary depending on the country of destination and the amount of your order. They are automatically calculated and displayed when you place your order.
Delivery is free in France and the United Kingdom for purchases over €150.
For other destinations, delivery fees are indicated in our delivery rates table, available on the dedicated delivery terms page.
Yes. Each FEEGY is carefully protected in premium packaging and reinforced shipping packaging to ensure delivery in perfect condition.

Returns and warranty
